The Shire of Cunderdin is progressing plans for the development of residential land along Watts Street, with the subdivision planned across a number of stages.

🔵 STAGE 1 – NOW SELLING & ALMOST GONE!

Stage 1 comprises Lots 1–7 along Watts Street, Cunderdin. Six of the seven lots have now been sold, with only Lot 5 remaining available. Proceeds from the sale of Stage 1 will be reinvested into the future development of the subdivision.

🟢 STAGE 2 – PLANNED FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
The Shire has already obtained Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) approval for Stage 2. Council intends to use proceeds from the sale of Stage 1 to contribute towards the development of Stage 2. However, significant infrastructure will be required, including extending sewerage and power services to all lots. To help make Stage 2 financially achievable, the Shire is actively seeking Government grant funding to cover the required infrastructure and development costs. Once funding is secured, the project will be able to move forward.

🩷 STAGE 3 – FUTURE PLANNING POTENTIAL
The area identified as Stage 3 represents future planning potential for additional residential development. This is a longer-term opportunity and is not currently committed for development.

📍 The Shire’s intention is to progressively develop the subdivision as funding and infrastructure opportunities allow, with the sale of Stage 1 providing an important first step towards creating additional residential land in Cunderdin.
