Public Notifications

From time to time Council seeks comment on a range of draft documents that shape the Shire of Cunderdin. These draft documents range from planning and development proposals, draft policies and invitations for public consultation on a variety of issues.

Statewide public notice and Local public notices are often a required to be given in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and associated regulations.
