PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Pursuant to Section 5.25(g) of the Local Government Act 1995 and Admin. Reg.12.

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Tuesday 3rd March 2026, commencing at 6pm in the Shire of Cunderdin Council Chambers.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider:

Confidential – Negotiations Evaluation – RFT 05-25/26 Design & Construct Aquatic Infrastructure and Accessibility Works & RFT 06-25/26 Design & Construct Wellness Hub & Visitor Facilities.
